Job Title: Cyber Security Cloud Engineer

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Cloud Engineer to join our team in the Cloud One program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to design, develop, and implement secure cloud solutions that meet the needs of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to architect and deploy cloud-native security tools and services, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure cloud architectures that meet DoD security policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native security tools and services, including Azure cloud-native security tools and services.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to meet their security needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies, ensuring our solutions are always secure and effective.
Requirements:
  • Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (or higher) required to maintain employment.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Security+ certification required.
  • CAP, CASP, CISM, or CISSP certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in IT security, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and updating of security artifacts.
  • Experience with compliance verification methods including DISA STIG, SRGs, and best practices.
  • Experience with DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of the DoD suite of security tools including ACAS, STIG Viewer, Endpoint Security, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments provided by Azure.
