Job Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative and operational tasks, including fund transfers, updating client and account information, bill payments, and bank account reconciliations.
- Address client-specific reporting requirements, which may encompass monthly financial statements and other management reports.
- Manage documentation for all bill-pay and wealth planning clients in compliance with IRS regulations.

- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and organizational abilities.
