Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in bridge construction or civil construction projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations related to bridge construction.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews.
