- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service work performed to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving HVAC technologies and techniques to provide the best possible service to our customers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Proficient in HVAC system diagnostics and repairs.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II).
- NATE Certification.
