Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the commercial real estate sector, especially with brokerage professionals.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with both internal teams and external consultants, including those in design, construction, marketing, and legal.
  • Work closely with internal business units across Asset Management, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Construction to create and implement tailored annual asset strategies.
  • Assist in the creation, management, and evaluation of property marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the oversight and execution of construction activities related to leasing commitments.
  • Conduct property tours for potential clients, partners, and lenders, highlighting asset features and determining competitive leasing rates and terms within the market.
  • Prepare detailed responses to inquiries from prospects and brokers, ensuring alignment with ownership and lender expectations.
  • Continuously collect, analyze, and report on real estate metrics, including rental rates, market trends, historical occupancy data, and asset comparisons.
  • Participate in lease negotiations alongside legal counsel, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
