Nurse Manager Cardiac Med Surg Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiac Med Surg Unit at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to meet legal and accrediting agency requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and patient progress.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Ensure effective coordination of patient care with other hospital services and departments.
- 3 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Unit specialty certification preferred.
