  • Work in various production areas as assigned to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Direct and prioritize the work of others, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Recognize and address situations that require involving trainers or other support staff.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards and quality control measures.
  • Provide input to the Work Center Manager on staff performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the rights of client workers at all times.
  • Provide contract coverage as needed and drive routes as assigned.
  • Meet the minimum educational requirements, which include a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess reliable transportation.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon the completion of all background checks.
