Overview:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Campus Recreation Generalist Intern. This position is ideal for a student who possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of various programs and events.
- Address facility-related concerns and communicate effectively with staff.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop engaging social media content.
- Support facilities and operations staff with diverse tasks.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled in at least six credit hours, maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.0. Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification is a plus.
- Preference will be given to upperclassmen.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
