JOB SUMMARY
The Cannabis Product Consultant will play a vital role in guiding customers in selecting the right cannabis products to suit their individual needs. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, product knowledge, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure a premium experience for all visitors. The Consultant will manage the customer journey from greeting to consultation, ensuring compliance and satisfaction throughout the process.

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on the various cannabis products and their effects.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of customer identification.
- Assist in the accurate processing of customer orders.
- Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in merchandising.
- Uphold safety and security standards within the retail environment.
- Keep the store clean and organized for an optimal customer experience.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a professional manner.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- Must comply with all legal and company regulations related to the cannabis industry.
