Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and written communication
  • Ensure 100% on-time delivery of products to customers

  • Schedule daily shipments and stock to meet customer demands
  • Print shippers and sending ASNs in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer discrepancies and chart errors to find root cause
  • Forecast and plan for future shipments and stock

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent math skills and ability to work with numbers
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
