Seasonal Apparel Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Apparel Outfitter. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
- Effectively merchandise and visually present products to drive sales and meet sales goals.
- Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
- Perform tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation to resolve problems and make recommendations for work procedures, policies, and practices.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
- Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
