Wound Care Nurse Supervisor

The Wound Care Supervisor will oversee a team of skilled wound care RNs, working closely with the Senior Director to provide high-quality patient care and ensure evidence-based practices are implemented across the program.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the general operation of the wound care program, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the wound care program, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to wound care RNs, promoting professional development and ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, including wound care, education, and support services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote the wound care program and advance patient care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- 4 years of experience as a Wound Care RN, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in leadership or management, with a focus on wound care or a related field.
