Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Thrive on Skidaway. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of common areas and suites, including daily emphasis on common areas and weekly cleaning of resident suites.
  • Maintenance Request Reports: Complete maintenance request reports as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any noticed deterioration or damage to the building and furnishings to the Housekeeping team lead or supervisor.
  • Laundry and Supplies: Operate the laundry room when needed and report inadequate quantities of cleaning supplies to the Housekeeping team leader or supervisor.
  • Office and Common Area Cleaning: Clean office areas when assigned and dust and clean all window blinds in the community.
  • Furniture and Decor Maintenance: Dust all furniture, bookshelves, etc., in residents' suites and in the common areas.
  • Cleaning Agents and MSDS: Use only approved cleaning agents and maintain up-to-date MSDS for all cleaning products.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings as scheduled.
