The successful applicant will play a crucial role in facilitating various aspects of project management, collaborating closely with our Lead Project Manager to ensure the effective delivery of assigned initiatives and related tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport for Procurement Processes
- Distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Generate, circulate, and gather signed Commitments and Purchase Orders (POs)
Vendor and Subcontractor Oversight
- Assist with annual insurance evaluations
- Provide secondary approval for Commitments and POs
Project Assistance
- Engage in Procurement Meetings
- Update and maintain the Master Project List using MS Lists
- Manage the Project Directory within Procore
- Import budget data into Procore
- Offer ongoing administrative support to Project Managers and Site Supervisors, including material procurement, research, and document management
Regulatory Compliance
- Verify that the Prime Contract is received, signed, and archived before project commencement
- Handle permit submissions
- File Preliminary State Construction Registry notices
- Process Bonds (Payment and Performance, UDOT)
- Secure Builder's Risk Insurance for each assigned project
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Procore is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
