Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Overhaul and install new equipment, ensuring it meets our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Rebuild and fabricate parts, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform facility maintenance, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for our employees.
  • Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory, streamlining our maintenance operations.
  • Generate and complete work orders as assigned, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups, providing critical support to our production teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
  • 2+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
  • Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and schematics.
  • Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred.
  • May be required to supply hand tools.
