The Sport Clips Haircuts team is seeking a skilled Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team of stylists, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control salon expenses to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the team leader to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in a salon management or leadership role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
