Tower Loan is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing your leadership skills and advancing your career in consumer finance.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for becoming proficient in customer service, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations. You will develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service via phone and in-person. Additionally, you will promote additional products to best serve new and existing customers, contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements, and assist the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goals.
Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a High School degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. You should also be willing to relocate upon promotion into management, with preference given to relocation but not guaranteed.
