Position: Maintenance Supervisor

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations across our Processing, Packaging, and Rotisserie sectors. This position entails strategizing and directing preventive maintenance and repair initiatives, along with overseeing shift maintenance activities.

  • Develop work schedules and assign duties to mechanics to support preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Perform on-site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance repair requests promptly.
  • Offer technical support to team members and ensure optimal equipment functionality.

Moreover, the Maintenance Supervisor will take charge of employee training, safety protocols, and the upkeep of maintenance documentation. The ideal candidate should possess at least eight years of maintenance experience in the poultry sector or similar industries, demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, and show proficiency in handling mechanical processing equipment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of eight years of maintenance experience in poultry or related industrial fields.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating mechanical poultry processing machinery.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with limited supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Training in First Aid, Haz-Mat response, Confined Space, lock-out tag-out, and safe work practices.
  • Physically capable of performing essential tasks, including lifting over 50 pounds and working in demanding environments.
