Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
  • Pass instruments to surgeons and their assistants during procedures, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration is required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification is required.
