Job Description

At PARS Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in restoring motion and maximizing the quality of life for our patients.

As a member of our therapy team, you will work closely with patients to identify and meet their goals and needs. You will provide physical therapy services to patients in the home setting, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in the home setting
  • Develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans
  • Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
  • Document patient care services

Requirements:

  • PTA Certification for the state of TX
  • CPR Certification
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
