About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in the growth of our healthcare company. You will provide support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences, utilizing your compassion, patience, and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
  • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual with a Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification. You should possess strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
