Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable HVAC Sales professional to join our growing team. As an HVAC Sales representative, you will be responsible for selling and marketing mechanical solution projects, developing new customers and market channels, performing site surveys, estimating, and preparing consultative sales proposals to meet customers' needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering discipline or equivalent HVAC sales experience;
  • Comfortable with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, and Excel);
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years sales experience in the HVAC industry;
  • Possesses excellent customer service, decision-making, and communication skills; and
  • Ability to build rapport with new & existing customers.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects;
  • Develop new customers and new market channels;
  • Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare, and propose consultative sales proposals to meet customers' needs;
  • Maintain customer activity and documentation;
  • Maintain calendar, set regular appointments, and execute follow-up tasks;
  • Help the company meet revenue and gross profit goals.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
