  • Support the ongoing functionality of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Promote a collaborative environment among locations to enhance caregiver utilization.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding procedures.
  • Analyze data to track sourcing trends and make informed decisions.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, providing insights and suggestions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to apply logical and creative problem-solving skills in addressing hiring challenges.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel may be necessary.
