The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various healthcare positions within Aveanna Healthcare. This role focuses on sourcing qualified individuals and coordinating the interview process in alignment with the organization's staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update job postings to reflect current staffing needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates against state and location-specific qualifications.
- Leverage online platforms and resources to discover suitable candidates.
- Meet established goals and metrics for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster collaboration and trust.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, continuously evaluating recruitment sources for optimal outcomes.
- Support the ongoing functionality of the Applicant Tracking System.
- Promote a collaborative environment among locations to enhance caregiver utilization.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding procedures.
- Analyze data to track sourcing trends and make informed decisions.
- Participate in departmental meetings, providing insights and suggestions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Ability to apply logical and creative problem-solving skills in addressing hiring challenges.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel may be necessary.
