Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Manager to assist with staff housing.
  • Engage in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in internal and external job postings to align with corporate branding efforts.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Agreement with and ability to sign the Statement of Faith.
  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Regular attendance at a local Bible-believing church.
  • Knowledge and experience with AiG ministry.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Talent Acquisition role or a related field preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events as necessary.
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred associate degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to assist with various tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently.
