Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce medically sound content tailored to the target audience's expertise and interests.
  • Engage in new business initiatives by conducting pertinent research aligned with potential client goals.
  • Provide insights and quality assessments on research reports prepared by colleagues.
  • Educate client teams on specific disease categories or scientific aspects related to their products.
  • Oversee and guide writers in creating medical content, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Direct creative teams in the development of precise medical imagery and animations.
  • Occasionally contribute original written content.
  • Facilitate the organization and recruitment of advisory boards.
  • Identify reliable sources for referencing and citations in line with company standards.
  • Ensure the medical integrity and timeliness of all projects undertaken.
  • Support compliance with Med/Legal processes.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in healthcare (MD, DO, DDS, or PhD in a relevant field).
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience beyond residency or fellowship.
  • At least two years of experience in the agency, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing principles and regulations.
  • Proven writing and editorial skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous.
