Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Premiere Transitional Services Inc. Our agency is dedicated to providing quality care to our clients, and we are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to excellence.Job Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individual and family therapy sessions, writing treatment plans, and tracking client authorizations. You will also be required to attend supervision meetings, conduct new family orientations, and consult with referral agencies and collateral contacts as needed.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying community linkage resources, attending treatment-related court hearings, and submitting billable and non-billable progress notes in a timely manner. You will also be required to participate in monthly case and chart reviews with the Clinical Director and submit crisis intervention documentation as needed.

You will be expected to have basic computer skills and be able to work non-traditional hours. You will also be required to complete CPR, CPI, TB test, and essential learning courses through Relias Learning. A background check will also be required.

Requirements

We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health direct care or social services. You must have a Master's degree in human services, counseling, or psychology and be independently licensed or working towards independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, PHD.

You will be required to have a caseload as assigned and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
