Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented individual who is enthusiastic about audio technology and DSP to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated DSP solutions for our state-of-the-art audio products.

This position involves close collaboration with various teams and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive DSP Advancements:
Lead the design and execution of cutting-edge DSP algorithms and frameworks for audio signal processing. Address challenges such as noise suppression, echo elimination, and high-quality audio codecs to redefine audio technology.

Enhance Real-Time Audio Efficiency:

Create and optimize real-time audio processing software on DSP chips, FPGAs, and other digital platforms, ensuring exceptional performance and superior audio quality.


Comprehensive Testing & Validation:

Conduct thorough testing, verification, and validation of DSP algorithms and systems to ensure peak performance and reliability across various conditions.


Collaborative Teamwork:

Partner with software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers to guarantee that our DSP solutions are seamlessly integrated and fully compatible with our innovative product designs.


Market-Responsive Solutions:

Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop groundbreaking DSP solutions that enhance audio performance and improve user experiences.


Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and emerging technologies in the DSP sector. Contribute to our research and development initiatives to improve existing products and lead new innovations.

Detailed Documentation:
Produce comprehensive design specifications, testing protocols, and application notes. Provide extensive technical documentation that supports product development and customer support.

Mentorship & Leadership:
Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development. Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or Ph.D. in DSP or a related field is highly preferred.


A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital signal processing, with a strong emphasis on audio signal processing and algorithms.


In-depth knowledge and practical experience in advanced DSP theory, algorithms, and implementation techniques, with proficiency in developing DSP software using tools such as MATLAB or similar.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, assembly language, and scripting languages for real-time DSP applications.

Strong understanding of DSP platforms with the capability to optimize software (ARM, TI, etc.).

Solid background in audio signal processing techniques, including advanced audio effects, adaptive filtering (e.g., echo cancellation, noise suppression), filtering, and beamforming.

Demonstrated experience with audio codecs, audio streaming protocols, and audio interfaces (e.g., I2S, TDM, USB, Ethernet).

Comprehensive understanding of digital hardware design principles, digital filters, and analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog converters.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, providing technical leadership and guidance.
