We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Experienced Mental Health Professional to join our team at LHC Group.
This is a Part Time or PRN opportunity to work as a Social Worker in the Easton area, covering a range of patient needs and circumstances.

About the Role
The Experienced Mental Health Professional (Social Worker) will work with patients and families to address issues related to severe or long-term illness, recovery, and rehabilitation. This may involve:
- Assessing and diagnosing patients' mental and social conditions
- Counseling individuals and families to support their well-being
- Updating case records to track patient progress and needs
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
This role requires a strong understanding of community resources and the ability to connect patients with relevant services and support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- One year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license
