We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our care management team at Everett Center in Everett, WA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Care: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, collaborate with the nursing team, and develop effective plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Establish Patient Goals: Set realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals, and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and improve patient satisfaction.
- Delegate Patient Care: Supervise and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff, ensuring that tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate Patient Information: Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
