We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented LPN to join our team as a Scheduler and Team Assistant. This role will provide critical support to our Clinical Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our home health team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager in managing team operations, including patient visit scheduling, MD orders management, and workflow processes.
- Anticipate and respond to team processes related to scheduling and patient information, ensuring accurate and timely flow of data.
- Maintain a current client roster with necessary information and communicate effectively with clients, their families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote the Company's financial success by maintaining proper caregiver pay rates and limiting overtime hours.
- At least one (1) year experience in a general office environment, with home health experience a must.
- LPN license and ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Computer skills and ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking are required, with some exposure to unpleasant weather.
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance are necessary.
