Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at SoFi Stadium. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Executive Chef in all culinary operations. This includes developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet Legends Hospitality Standards
- Direct and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality products
- Conduct meetings and pre-shifts to update staff on daily goals and objectives
- Maintain positive guest relations and provide efficient service
- Manage labor and operating supplies within budgeted guidelines
- Ensure all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned regularly
- Exhibit leadership and management skills to direct reports
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship program
- Minimum 2-3 years executive level management experience in contract foodservice industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high-level customer and client service
