Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key decisions and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain teams in areas including forecasting analytics and design, inventory placement, customer experience, and replenishment management.
  • Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources.
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis.
  • Respond to high-priority requests from senior business leaders.
  • Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Python and advanced data visualization tools.
  • 7+ years of experience building automated data warehousing environments.
  • 5+ years' experience with data visualization tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with data modeling in large Data warehousing, data lake environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI/ML, especially using LLM/Agents/Bots in Data Engineering/Visualization/Analysis.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
  • Experience building on AWS Platform services.
  • Experience with statistical models and building predictive models from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Business Intelligence Engineer III position is $134,000 - $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. We also offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
