We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Site Director to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a Site Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of early childhood education and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

• Lead and supervise a team of teachers to create engaging and effective classroom experiences
• Ensure the site operates effectively, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts to grow our site

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
• Ability to build relationships and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery thrive
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
