Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
  • One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
  • Required certifications and licensure include a valid DEA license in the state where care is being provided and a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
  • You must also meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which program provides services.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is USD $[removed] - USD $[removed] per year.
