Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, service, and break down the bar area to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Create specialty beverage items and craft cocktails that exceed guest expectations.
  • Present menu options, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our MICROS POS system.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses from the service bar.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns.
  • Follow proper check-out procedures and cash handling protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server's Permit
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
