Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical Center. As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements.
  • BSN degree required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • ACLS Provider Completion within 1 year of employment in designated departments.
