Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people at Crossroads Health. As a Youth Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our residential treatment program, providing trauma-informed care and support to adolescents and their families. Your expertise will help create a safe and welcoming environment, promoting positive outcomes and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families to address emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric needs.
  • Provide direct care services, including individual and group interactions, to promote a sense of community and trust.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and outcomes, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification required within a specified timeframe.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid training certification, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing program needs.
