New Directions, a leading provider of youth treatment services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Specialist to join our residential treatment program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing care to chemically dependent adolescents and their families.

About the Role

As a Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and participating in client activities and daily schedules to ensure successful treatment plan implementation. You will develop rapport with residents to promote a welcoming and trusting residential environment, providing accurate and concise documentation according to program procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification required within a set time period
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • CPR and First Aid training certification
  • Valid driver's license with 4 points or less
