Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Elmhurst, New York.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a 7-hour shift schedule. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certification as a CT Technologist
  • Experience working with CT scanners and diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
