Vitality Specialist

The Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans that promote patient well-being and independence.
- Provision of Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Monitoring Patient Care: Supervise and evaluate the care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address patient concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Bedside Nursing: Provide individualized care to patients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
- Treatments: Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians, focusing on patient comfort and well-being.
