Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist-Inpatient Malignant Hematology to join our oncology team at Duke Health.

About the Position
  • This role will involve providing comprehensive supportive care and medication therapy management to adult malignant hematology patients.
  • The successful candidate will partner with ambulatory colleagues to optimize patient transitions of care and maintain outstanding skills as a clinical pharmacy practitioner.
Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree or BS Pharmacy degree with relevant experience is required.
  • PGY1 or Pharmacy Practice Residency is desired, along with PGY2 in oncology or equivalent experience.
What We Offer

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000-$170,000, depending on experience.
