Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rooming process, take vital signs, and record patient data in electronic medical records
  • Assist with laboratory tests, including blood draws and specimen collection
  • Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies for patient exams and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including laboratory results and test data
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in medical assisting or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in medical assisting or related field; experience in primary care setting a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
