We are a leading engineering and scientific consulting firm, and we are looking for a talented Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team in Warrenville, IL.

In this role, you will work as part of a team to evaluate building component and material failure, conduct field inspections, and gather information to convey complex technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and industry.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of diverse and interesting civil engineering projects that will challenge your problem-solving skills and allow you to collaborate with Exponent professionals practicing in other technical disciplines.

Our total compensation plan is consistent with our expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent. At the Associate and Senior Associate level, total compensation includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
