Job Overview

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to manage and perform design-related surveying projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, client development, and technical quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform surveying projects using relevant office software and technology
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal design teams and communicate effectively with clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent CAD software
  • Experience with Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey data reduction software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
