Job Overview

The Eliot Center is seeking skilled Mental Health Therapists to provide evidence-based counseling for individuals aged 12-35 experiencing early episodes of psychosis. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Salary

We offer competitive compensation rates, including:

  • $32.52/hour for Master's level therapists (MA)
  • $40.00/hour for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • $35.00/hour for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

Job Description

As an Early Psychosis Outpatient Clinician, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Completing training in Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) and participating in bi-weekly fidelity and certification supervision
  2. Providing assessment, IRT intervention, and completing MAPNET assessment batteries for data outcomes and meeting measurement and treatment tracking requirements
  3. Participating in early episode psychosis team meetings and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet NAVIGATE and DMH standards of care and treatment
  4. Providing crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services using various treatment modalities as clinically indicated
  5. Documenting service delivery in a timely and professional manner in client records
  6. Adhering to clinic scheduling protocols, initiating outreach to clients, and documenting all outreach attempts in clinical records
  7. Establishing effective working relationships with clients, utilizing solution-based interventions, and displaying good judgment

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MA or better)
  • LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with or experiencing psychosis
