Position Overview:

Currently, we are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Software Developers (Multiple Levels) to enhance our operations. Opportunities are available in various locations, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to consider this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, analyze, and develop software systems and delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines.
  • Model and assess software development and deployment processes, assisting projects in customizing Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Government leaders to define context, problem space, and vision, determining capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
  • Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to facilitate software development, analysis, and operations.
  • In senior roles, manage all aspects of IT application development, supervising and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with other senior developers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
    • High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • DoD m-IAT Level II Certification must be obtained within 6 months of starting the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant industry-standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and information exchange with peers and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
