Job Summary:

The Choctaw Nation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our casino operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment for our guests and staff.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery to clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work, storage, and customer areas.
• Empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Wash windows, sills, door panels, walls, ceiling, and woodwork, ensuring a sparkling clean appearance.
• Clean biohazard material, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and directing guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist in cleaning problem areas, ensuring a prompt and efficient resolution.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements:

• Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances, as well as cleaning machines and tools.
• General knowledge of cleaning requirements in the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of government public health regulations.
