About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and compassionate individuals to join our nursing team in Owatonna, MN. As a CNA, you will operate on the front lines, ensuring our residents receive dignified and respectful care. Your responsibilities will include direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RN or LPN, and charting in our POC system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
  • Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
