We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our credentialing delivery operations. As the Leader of Credentialing Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the credentialing delivery process for QGenda Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the delivery of QGenda's credentialing software platform to our credentialing customers.
  • Ensure that our processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee a team of credentialing software implementation specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in credentialing and software implementation.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
