Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of acute care ICU RN experience and a current State of Florida license for a registered nurse or appropriate compact licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the nursing care of critically ill patients
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Associate degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required
- Current State of Florida license for a registered nurse or appropriate compact licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care ICU RN experience
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- CCRN preferred
